★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspire fitness is one of the most wonderful feeling i have experienced in my life . And one of my favourite trainer Mr.Prashanth? is wonderful trainer who is very dedicated towards his work .within in the span of a month i have lost almost 5 kgs all credits goes to his training . The way he teaches each and every workout is very helpful. The diet chart which he prepares differs for each and every person personally regarding their weight and body structure. It is his hardwork where he had shown towards me , to lose my weight is really a very good experience . I wish even 5 stars is very less ...i would like to give 10 out of 10.
And last but not the least...prashanth sir the founder of inspire fitness hats off to your encouragement which u had shown it to me.

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun.
The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!
