Some one has to take responsibility.
Seagate atleast ask them to update their timing on Google.
Very bad support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good and the way they communicate and address our issues is fine. One just need to go there, submit the defective hard disk and take a slip containing the CALL ID to track the new hard disk (Assuming customer ID is created prior to this on their website). The only drawback is that this office is very difficult to find. It is located above Maruti Suzuki showroom and there is no board outside with the company name as an indication.

Interior and office premises are good maintained, clean and neat. Parking lot is big and cars can also be parked. Even staffs are good in communication with customers, toilet are well built and maintained. Over all good experience in visiting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for amd processor . They replaced my processor in two days . No drama nothing . Just you have to take fan socket with processor . Reception and security people are very good. taking one star because of amd lead way of talking.
