I was triggered when they said the following -
1- one employee said hair highlight will cost me 2k, 2nd employee interrupted and then said the rate is not quoted correct. Correct rate then said & charged was 3k.
2- on one side the golden color appeared as hair color and on other side, not so golden. So its like 2 different highlight on different sides.
3- first they said they will give me required satisfied service. Later on, like four times they made me to hear -" if u would have come on time we would have gone by 7 - 7.30 now we have to leave by 8 - 8.30 ". I gave the reason too with curtsey but 4th time, same line.
They asked me what did u previous parlor charged u for hair color service and I replied - 5k. Coz In that 5 k, there was 2hair wash with head massage, 1 hair cut, 1 global color and 1 temporary hair style too.
Hence, money spent at this parlor was not worth compared to previous spa.
