They are of high quality, glossy, easy to assemble, exactly as per our specifications. β β β β β Insta Print Pack PVT Ltd (whom we found via India Mart), supplied us with mailer boxes and upon receiving this order, we discovered several issues with the print and quality.
Mailer boxes are in the incorrect colour (which they or their ink provider is refusing to take ownership of) even though we supplied the Hex colour code and Patone colour match.
We also had the following issues:
1: The quality of print is terrible. Print is not flush with the crease lines and large spaces of white are visible in areas that should show print
2: There is discolouration on the print, brown smudges and specks
3: Card layers are separating, exposing the inner layers of the box and creating gaping areas which is therefore not fit for purpose and unsightly
4: The print is peeling away from the box which looks terribly budget and unsightly.
None of these issues were acknowledged in the few responses we received to our email attempts to address the print problems.
The boxes are in such bad form that we cannot use them and Insta Print Pack refuse to supply a refund. They have however offered a reprint but at our cost cost, plus shipping at our cost...again.
We were promised a quality print, material, box and service that was not adhered to. Insta Print Pack have a responsibility and contractual obligation to remedy this issue but refuse to.
Phone numbers provided never reach anyone and no one calls back. Delays in returning emails when there's a problem and eventually had to try Facebook messenger to communicate.
If you're looking for a quality print job, I strongly recommend you find another supplier.

I'm so grateful I got my boxes done from here. If anyone wants their boxes done. I'd highly highly recommend this store ! Very helpful and very nice staff and prompt delivery. They also are very responsible. The first batch was a little scratched. They provided me a second batch ! With no extra charges. Very caring towards customers and just overall amazing ?
