I think this hospital is over rated... Mostly they mislead you... I lost my young nephew there few days back... They don't go for the transplant till the end and keep you waiting till your patient gives up.. Visit of senior doctors to the ICU is very less... Over all I had a very bad experience of ilbs ....

I m lost for words for the type of treatment provided at this hospital. Surgical or even medical consultation team is absolutely garbage here (except Dr. Vikram). My dad underwent Parto surgery here which is a very normal surgery. However these guys even f-ed it up. With time my dad’s condition developed into a liver failure because of a very easy surgery going wrong at this hospital. After damage care is also absolutely a waste. They charge for senior consultants and assure that Dr. SARIN is directly paying a visit and making sure things are in place, but during 30 days of my dads stay at this hospital i didnt even see him.once. Unfortunately i lost my dad but with my experience i just suggest anyone to go to either Fortis or Sita ram bhartia or Venkateshwar in dwarka, they have much better treating doctors and facilities. DONT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE.

I’ll start with the management, totally waste of time. Manage sucks real time. Guys there who are taking calls they consider themselves as Superior to any one in the hospital, they are rude and disrespectful to the people on calls and asking for help. OPD process only takes 4-5 hours , that’s just the wait time here. I’ll talk about sisters, they consider them as doctors and I’ve seen the way EWS patients are treated, and they if I’ll quote a word they treat them like they are doing a favour. My dad has liver cirrhosis and his hernia ruptured, tapping is needed asap and that brainy nurse asked us to come on the appointment day which is after more than 20 days. Is she going to be responsible if anything happens????? They treat patients and their attendant as they are nothing. My dad hernia was leaking and we were made run here and there. My dads cloths were all wet for the whole day. Then they didn’t have a certain syringe to stich the wound. This took whole long and my dad lost his muscle mass. And it all happened in their emergency. Making peace and name out people Misery They doctor is nice he helps a lot. I wish to get this escalated soon.

A very big and modern looking semi-govt. hospital with full greenery and wallet parking. It have COVID19 vaccination centre and other medical facilities.

Very bad hospital for treatment of liver diseases, my father was seeking treatment for liver cirrhosis here and they never recommended liver transplant when he needed one, Dr Sarin has no time to look after his patients, he has a bunch of young and less knowledgeable doctors under him which keep on changing and don't even know how to diagnose a patient and provide treatment. His liver kept failing and they never recommended liver transplant when they should have and he ultimately passed away, May Dr. Sarin suffer and rot in he'll, he is just concerned about his image and giving interviews, never visit ILBS, Delhi else you will end up losing your loved ones. I hope people would agree with me

Most horrible experience. The entire hospital is revolving around Dr. Sarin. Our appointment was at 10 42 AM, yes the level of precision is amazing, but the doctor came to the OPD AT 3PM. We were lucky that we had breakfast and came, there were few people who came without eating anything, just in case they might need to do some tests. Imagine their plight, having to sit empty stomach all the way till 3 in the afternoon, when your health is already not good. It's not a govt hospital. Prices are extremely inflated , and they don't believe in reports done by any other place, they'll ask you to repeat all the tests. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE PLAGUE!!

Very clean and well managed.. you feel like you visiting some very costly and non affordable hospital. However it's good and services are fine too. Canteen is in bad shape though, u don't have much options and food is not fresh.
