He will commit first sweetly to convince customer that i m there always but after given the amount of policy he never picked phone he convinced us that i m the only person having big company when it comes the time to claim my surveyers r there cashless polcy n his premium amountwas more than others we asked y the pemium ismore than others n reply to this he said that they will give best service
We gave cheque to him it was cleared n upto 3months he didnt send any policy soft copy or hard copy we asked many times running to his office but no one was responsible after 4months a person comes from national company of which he commit to give insurance told us that no policy renewal done till date n we have came here for inspection as it was after the eXpiry date we told him that cheque was cleared before expiry date
He said that there is other 300cars which was not insured on time in tbis compsny and he is going to inspect that cars
When the time comes for claim after 8months he never picked the call no one hears at his office and finally when we tried to claim self and demanded for copy of insurance it included nothing it was normal policy for which he charged14500premium it was availableat5000in market
I have never seen this kind of fraud person never go this company insurance solutions
