★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 time I came for an interview for help desk profile and who was interviewer given me a scenario.... Suppose same ( make & model) network device installed in differen-different sites and same time same issue occurred in all device than it would be Incident and Problem?
My answer was incident, they rejected me. ?
Worst interview experience.

which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together Interesting projects.
I have never come across such company who has all the great qualities of Culture, Management, Career Advancement.
