Anil sir and his entire team, including the subcontractors had one focus and that was for everything to be completed to our satisfaction. In addition, Anil sir’s follow-up and attention to detail was excellent and he made several good suggestions on items we had not considered.

Anil kumar sir is dedicated to making your experience to be one of complete assurance that all will be well and your home will be exactly what you wanted. He is on time with each new stage of the building and has complete control of all construction. Everything thing you want from a builder is there with IIB. Punctual , productive, honest, thoughtful, considerate, complete competence, great workmanship by an experienced crew , who could not be more helpful. We could not be happier with our relationship with this company. They are all very dedicated to their crafts and have built the home we have dreamed about. They did not disappoint us during the entire building experience.
