★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel very bad for their behaviour.Rudely behaviour.They don't give the value of time of the candidate.I went there 12pm but my first round was held around 6:45pm.Totally suck my time and also my energy.They recruit very professionally but they offer only 8k salary.Waste my time.If you have 8hr time to give that interview then you can go for the interview.All the best guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intelenet which now known as Teleparformance good company to work with... But i say good bcoz there is few reasons... And the 3rd one is most important for girls..
1. Miscommunication. We got our offer letter after 4th day of training... We need to poke the HR everyday to took the joining kit along with all the documents..
2. They conduct a very long induction.. Long induction is not an issue.. But the way they do this.. That is the issue.. They called us at 10am and start induction at 12pm.. Still no issue..but on the very first day of induction they do nothing but admin induction.. And they leave us at 8.30..till that time except admin induction nothing will happen.. Next day also the same thing happens.
3. Drop issue. This is something important.. For girls besically.. If u plan to come for the interview in Teleparformance please make sure that your home is within 500m from main road... Otherwise no point of coming.bcoz they only give drop till 500m. Admins r adamant about this.. But yes if u r ok to come office at 6.45 in the morning all by ur self... Then u r welcome... And this is for girls I'm saying.. Bcoz on the time of interview they are not going to tell u that..

Now days it's become gaint IT solutions company accross the country.
Major Clients like SBI,HDFC,ICICI, AMAZON, FLIPKART,TATA SKY,GOOGLE AND JIO associated with teleperformence Pvt limited.
I work here for 6 years.
Best place to work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever.they don't even deserve a 1 star.. People to be careful of in the organisation who play alot of politics are - Shohom Roy assistant manager amazon process, Sarika Gupta BHr in amazon process ,a few other employees under them.
Out here hard work doesn't matter, instead you have to know how to buyer your way through which is not acceptable at all. These guys as managers, TL's supervisors, BHr's etc think by getting promotions means they own intelenet now known as telepraformance.. Sorry to say they not worth they positions and posts.. Teleperformance will not see a bright future with such people in the management. They need to be thrown out. Guy stand up against this because the process amazon is amazing but it's just these few people who need to be totally erased from teleperformance. We are good and performing eemployees but after trying to get help from HR and managers about the politics on the floor but we see no one seems to helps and they all clubbed with each other so we were compelled to quit.. Just updated here so people going to join here are aware of what's going on.. Will be taking this to social media as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company is good ...thnxx to Tulsi mam and chiranjeev sir....both of them take the interview and selected me for ICICI process...but the management was very poor ...ICICI process ..credit cards department worst department ever..never join on this ...dirty politics..huge pressure ...low salary ...no leave...they will make u life hell...be aware of Mr.tamal,Rakesh Saha,sourav Paul,arindam ,santanu ,...these people make whole cards process hell...

Working environment and managers are so bad.
They don't know how to talk and how to handle situations.
They force people in every situation but doesn't bother about their employee.
I had very bad experience in TELEPERFORMANCE.
