★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked in this company and management is very poor. Managers dont know what to do and just time line will be committed to client no discussion on requirement and changes. On requirement part QA team has batter clarity and logical argument on requirements then managers for qa team keep it up.for so-called scrum master dont even know what to do just praising CEO will not deliver your project. management need to identify a key resource which are actually working and get rid of from yes guys.
