I had joined this gym a month back and the experience was well above my expectations for a city like Nashik. Trainers here are attentive, helpful, and always there to correct your form which we wouldn’t get to see anywhere else. Especially Manoj sir who is a great trainer, highly motivated, and enthusiastic. His smile and politeness made me feel welcomed, comfortable and confident. The workouts here are quite intense, and Manoj sir made all workouts super fun. He took me through all workouts at my own pace and pushed my limits to excel better. If I needed any alternative exercise, Manoj sir always had suggestions to modify the one I wasn’t able to perform. He works with people of all fitness level. Overall great experience and a fantastic trainer. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

As a guy who's never worked out before u thought going to gym would be really hard but they ease you into different level of workouts based on your body, so it's been really good..
