★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus stand I have ever seen, even some village bus stands also maintained better than this. Though this bus stand is the main connectivity for the many bus routes like Delhi, Dehradun etc. The place is not at all maintained properly.

Washrooms were little dirty
Late night service is almost nil.
Luggage locker is also not available.

However, considering the tourist footfall in Dharamshala, the local administration must improve the facilities here.
* There is only one restaurant serving food that is very average. Another 2-3 shops provide packed foods and drinks.
* The toilet and bathroom facility is very useful but in a shabby condition. The infrastructure must be improved, ideally renovated.
* The signages are not present everywhere and should be put up.
* The cleanliness can be better.
* The staircase to the market above is again dingy. It can be made better and should be in line with the high reputation of this place.
* Time tables buses plying to nearby local villages and towns must be displayed properly.
* Charging points for mobile are present but must be improved.

In this bus terminal their are many buses to different station ls like from here you can travel to the nearest location as well as to the outer states like Jammu Punjab Pathankot Chandigarh Haryana Haridwar Uttrakhand New Delhi here Hrtc As well as Pruvate Buses are also available to travel.
Here Toilet and bathroom facilities are also available and drinking water is also here. Here one of cafeteria also available where breakfast lunch dinner is available .

All basic facilities are available here but the place is not that clean.
And the connectivity to some places is very less and you have to wait for hours.
But anyway you will get the coonectivity.

Buses are available to several destinations in Himachal Pradesh, the Punjab, Chandigarh & Delhi.
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The few shops available are not maintained properly, and sell mostly packaged items.
The staff are very polite and helpful.
