★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 2:30 pm and i am going to pick up my candidate from Intercity bus that is running with delay of 7 hours. Original arrival time was 8 am. Their bus from Indore to Pune went faulty twice and the buses were changed on the route making the passengers wait for hours every time. This can only happen if the vehicles are not up to mark and are not serviced timely. Buses might seem ok, but beware, if you want to be sure about arrival timing to your destination, this is NOT the bus service you should book with !! If you book you could end up riding a bus that is potentially damaged and hence dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience, on 30th Aug my booking was from Indore to Mumbai, boarding time 7.10pm ,Bus didn't showed up by 8.30 .when asked they informed Bus failed but till that time they didn't consider it necessary to inform passengers about it. They want all passengers to wait endlessly till 10 pm and thereafter they sent ulternate Bus with third class quality. No Covid precautions, no cleaning, no mask and no Hygiene. Basically they don't care about passengers they are just the money seekers. Red Bus also equally responsible for the entire mess, finally I unborded the Bus by looking at at condition. Don't ever Book this Travel they are cheaters and give Hopeless service.

Bus driver dont aware for Locations where the perticular stops. this is not accepted.
Journey detaila:- Bus No. MP46 P 9090..PNR No. 1221881, Indore to Gwalior.
other then
bus is dirty, smelly, AC is not good enough. Bus condition is very bad.
i need my refund, i never book ticket again fir intercity Travels. Totally Worst.
Please guys never book bus ticket from intercity travels if u dont want ur journey spoil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cheap service they provide. They have cancelled my bus one day before of travel and didn't send me any cancellations message.
Just received one call that your ticket has been cancelled and later their no. was not reachable.
And no information given for refund.
Whom should I contact now?
They are not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all there is huge difference between Prasanna Intercity and Intercity travels. So I am sharing this review for Intercity Travels. After I entered the AC bus from Pune to Indore. I first noticed the messy dirty linen on seat. Later I saw the bus driver was stopping bus at any stop picking random passengers not meant to travel till Indore, which are not mentioned in their stops list on site. Because of which its schedule was running almost 1 hr behind. This is not a comfortable bus trip for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't know about time importance , Bus condition is so bad , because of them I got late to give my exam, they don't know how to take with passenger. Bus no. MP30P8080 the bus is from Indore to Mumbai date 5/5/2022 his timing was 10 :20 from pickup but it was late about 30 min ,
They dropped use in half of the journey , and use to se that there is any problem so couldn't go . So if you travel so go for other bus travel. Due to there problem I reached Mumbai 5 hr late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR JOURNEY WITH INTERCITY. I HAVE HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. Prefer Raj Ratan instead.
I booked the bus at 7 pm for Pune to Indore and my pick up point was Nashik phata at 8.45 pm. The metioned pick up point was CIRT and I reached there 10 mins before. I called the number that was shared over the message by Intercity which was a landline number and the person told me to stay at CIRT gate.
Bus tracking link was shared but wasn't working.
Driver or Bus Staff number was not shared.
Now, the bus came at 8.52pm and stopped 200meters before the CIRT gate. I waited for the bus as I had luggage and when it came near me I asked the conductor to stop the bus and told him I had a booking.
The conductor didn't stopped the bus and just kept driving. I called back on the landline number and told him about the incident and then he gave me driver's number. When I called the driver they talked to me very rudely and were like ' har haath dikhane Wale ke lie bus thodi rokhenge' .
After this I had to take another auto and catched the bus 10 kms from the decided pick up point. It costed me Rs. 650 /-. I need this compensated from Intercity travels.
Now coming to the quality of the bus, this being a volvo, it costed Rs. 2000 but the quality is nothing more than a normal ac sleeper bus. The berth is very hard and has a cover of raxine material.
I always prefer traveling from Raj Ratan and this was the first time I booked Intercity. Now this became the last time as well.
Raj Ratan is way better than this and has the same fare. Please check Raj Ratan if you are traveling from Pune to Indore before booking in Intercity.
Adive to bus operator: Have a better coordination, better ticketing system, better bus quality and pls share driver's or bus staff 's number.
I will never recommend intercity travels to any one.
