I booked the ticket at 9th march 2019 from Gwalior to Indore.
I was traveling with my laptop. The bus driver was drunk and he was driving the bus very fast and he was not looking for damaged road areas so once the bus was jumped very high, due to this my laptop was damaged, it is not working now. So please be carefull about your laptop and other things. And please try to select other travel services.

Without information they go for dinner and stops for toilets. Boarding points are not well defined. Boarding agents are giving wrong information.
Today me snd my family could not take dinner as the bus where it stopped for dinner did not serve us food in time.We were waiting for food the bus staff without information nor enquiring about the passenger left the hotel.
Very bad experience with this service.
