★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most PATHETIC choice! Only the photographs looks exciting and all the reviews are paid.
I ordered for my mother on Mother’s Day and kept waiting for delivery. The delivery at 11:30 pm calls and says i will take another 1 hour to come. The day spoiled and then it can’t be expected that he delivers midnight at his convenience. Upon my mothers request to come next morning (as they are old and we’re not comfortable receiving at midnight hours) this person cancels the order. After few hours - I check and website shows delivered while it was not! On calling the customer care - no basic courtesy - the reply to my complaint is we are cancelling and u will get ur refund. This is what customer service is for u - why the hell did I order from you ? U spoiled the day, the emotions behind it and all u had to say is ‘we will cancel’ ! Never ever order from INTERFLORA - ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE & UNAPOLOGETIC.
