Hi my name is Wendy, I believe in a world of work and life balance. After I had my beautiful daughter who is my everything, I wanted to do a complete career change from Graphic Design to Interior Design & Decorations, I have completed my studies and now the founder and Director of Interior Palette.
Interior Palette is all about being able to feel confident to use colours in any given space. We are passionate about applying beautiful furnishings together, we are always upto date with what is in trend with interior styling, material & colours. My brand objective is adding a playful mixture to your interior space. Interior Palette is understanding the clients need and want to their space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society for small family and bachelors who mind their own business. A lot of live-in partners are seen. Not so protected. lacks security as a lot of incidents are reported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's affordable. It's dusty. It's small. Frequent power failures,so be smart and buy a inverter. Plenty of cigarette biri vans and food shops around. 10-15 minutes to Wave City Centre Noida metro station, depending on traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked the place ,good place to live in but security should be maintained properly and proper maintainance of society should apply some banners and posters for people's to reach to the place easily. The roads need maintainance . Flats need to get whitewashed properly and security need to get tighten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of budget flats each about 300 sq. ft in size. The overall locality is quite dirty with garbage thrown everywhere. People care about their own flats and the buildings wherein the flats are located, needs repair and maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janta flat in sector 73 is A newly built society in sector 73 with lower income group flats .
The society is at a walking distance from sector 73 red light.
Pretty crowded in the evening because of the local fast food shops and other shops in front of the society.
Nicely built society with small parks for residents. The security is good and can be improved further.
Recommended for bachelor , students and small family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janta flats in Sector 73 at affordable price for one single family. It has a room (10*10), a spacious kitchen, laterin, bathroom and a lobby/balcony and a very small area outside your gate. Parking is also available. This area is good for low budget people. Only ₹100 for maintenance charges. All buildings are 4 stories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaper alternative for bachelors but not recommend for family looking for a decent secure place to stay.
Basically at a distance of 10 - 15 minutes car drive from wave city centre noida location so not so near it .Also it is located adjacent to sector 122 noida. Landmarks near the government owned society
1) near global international school located 5 min walk.
2) raghav global school (again 4 min walk)
3) behind A-square shopping complex (4 min walk)
Also there are 2 janta flats in nearby and people get confused easily :-
1) janta flats ( sector 71)
2) janta flats (sector 73 sarafabad village)
Since its a govt construction for lower middle class, the soceity is cheaper and cannot be considered high profile in any case. Maybe a cheaper alternative to bachelor's .
Rooms are 1 RK ONLY with attached separte bathroom and toilets.
Pros:-
Cheaper place, spacious,security gaud at main gate .
Location peaceful as its a village with good greenery.
Local people to collect garbage from door to door with minimum charges per month.
Cons:-
1)walls are thin so if you speak loud you voice floats to adjacent rooms.
2) water supply from 6-8 morning and 6-8 evening withor minor variations.
3) old soceity so mice menance there.
4) only local shops the closest shopping complex is A-Square mall (5 min ) walk.
5) electricity goes out frequently so having invertor is recommended and important in summers hi
