I was able to talk to Mr.Rinkle.He was very helpful.His service was very efficient and prompt and my package was received within the scheduled time.Mr.Rinkle,Thankyou so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever customer service. My wife just called them to enquire about the courier service to New Zealand like cost and if its started yet. The representative said on the phone if you just would like to know the price then we cannot help you. We can help you only if you only want to send through us. He was really rude over the phone. I mean what kind of customer service it is?
