We had been asked to deliver parcel at there office ( nobody came to pick up) after reaching location within half an hour the office was closed even numbers were disconnected. That's not the way one should treat their clients.

follow up. It wasn't smooth at all since very first day of dealing with these guys till the Last day of receiving the cargo. I won't recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my parcels sent from them for a long time. However, since the last 1 year the parcel takes one week to reach as opposed to 3 days(what they claim for). There are other carriers who do deliver internationally in exact 3days as promised! Neither do they provide any explanation on the phone when asked about it!
My parcel was submitted to them on Monday however they sent the shipment to fedex on wednesday. I have other friends who have experienced the same from these guys. They are surely on the way to losing a big customer base if they keep doing this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional for international services they are cheaters just take huge charges for small parcel and don't give detail information about the delivery date and when asked all kind of vague answers are given. Useless and hopeless very untrustworthy people. Why they are allowed to do business if they give such awful customer service. Don't take responsibility they ask customer to contact and resolve the issues about the delivery issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. courier was of 4 kg n they took money for 8 kg. They purposely packed the stuff (delicate food items) in a really big box in which the items were not tightly packed. When it reached the destination, all the items were broken and most probably rat infested. They committed on delivery in 2 days and parcel reached after 7 days only after continuously following up. They didn't bother informing their partners in the destination city to handle with care and that the parcel was of food items. I had to call 6 different people to locate the parcel and beg them to deliver asap. This is not what I paid an exorbitant fee for. Giving one star coz zero or negative is not an option.
