★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Everyone, STPL is fraud company, they don't have any policies. while connection we have asked them for monthly recharge and they will give you assurance for this but when u are doing recharge it will not give u option for one month u have to do it for 3 months and in between if you want to disconnect the connection then they will not give u refund. apart from this they will also create fake bill for u whether u are using their net or not. I'll suggestion don't take connection from this company they trap the people by giving false information. stay beware and stay safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am happy with the stpl because other companies take the payment first and after that no doesn't care about customer. but Speed4net is toooo good according them. because that meant not about money. they perfectly care about services. whenever i am not able to deposit the payment. stpl doesn't close their services. thanks stpl?

I am using speed4net services from more than 1 year and the connectivity is consistent and speed is incredible. Technician worked during lockdown also really appreciate everybody’s dedication towards work.

give reviews like that . because of your reviews some innocent companies can loss a lot of.
Very good Internet provider in Jaipur my experience is so good from speed4net.
Good quality, good spport, good technical team . And good price of their plans. Reasonable plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all check the quality of an item as well as its properties before buying anything. I had availed the facility from two companies earlier also. But his qualities were not good. After that I took the facility from stpl and then I had no problem using the facility for a long time. I am very happy with stpl.

They provide fiber internet connection in Sanganer area.
But their plans are expensive and speed is also slow. As compared to other isp's.
They should try to cut down their price and boost up the speed of internet.(like they're giving 8-10mbps in 950rs) and other competitors are providing best speed in low cost.

Very bad and poor services. Not able to fulfil services. worst internet service provider i have ever had.
DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS NETWORK SERVICES.
I am having connection from 2 months and since then very next day i am facing problem in internet connection. The connection is not stable, it is fluctuating every single seconds. Even you can not make a call on this network. Worst connectivity between office hours.
Every time i called in support they have only one solution to make reboot the device from their end, after that only for that day the connection will be proper and stable on very next day same issue.
I also mailed them to either resolve the issue or refund my money. they arranged a technical visit at 8 PM. and the technicial said internet is proper. when he came internet is working. What should i do i dont even know.
It is good that they are extending the showcase scenario of their presence by setup call extension line and also they are planning to lauch app but what is the worth of that if they cannot resolve their existing clients issue.
Such a worst and bad experience i ever have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with this. I used it for 2 years approximately and in middle any time net Connectivity suddenly shutdown. However, I can Mangagw this problem and I switched to other provider. I requested to discountinue on middle of January month but till now no any response I recieved for collecting modem/items and give me back my security deposit amount. This issue will face all person those elected this as I sure because I am also facing this issue. I am waiting for approx 25 days for returning my security deposit amount. I hope after my review someone will contact and take positive action. This place is near me but no any person call or message me. If this isue not resolved as soon as possible than I may be take legal action against this. This is your business not a joke ok.
