★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Videocon TV and it gives one year warranty, I extended my warranty for 3 years. After 1 year and 3 months from date of purchasing I raise a complaint for not working of my TV they took my complaint and they told if engineer visit to my home than he will take ₹500 as a service charge and if I take to service centre there is no charges. I decided to go to service centre. After visiting they told me to come after one week or they will call me after my TV parts comes. They called me after a week and told TV parts came to their service centre and will cost me ₹1200 for service charge I called service manager again and he told to pay nothing. After that also he were asked for ₹300 for service charge finally I decided to their area manager infront of them and I did then after they decided to repair my TV but after all these again the service centre manager came and asked for ₹200 but am also one of the kind I totally refused him and told I have already talked to their area manager infront of him and I text their area manager and saw to him their area manager replied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Haier service centre. Technicians are not trained. Unable to find problem.
They charge ₹830 and replaced gearbox and belt. Changed motor free of cost yet machine didn't work properly so I think they must refund my money for changing gearbox and belt. Else this raise a question on quality of Haier.
This will also degrade the reputation of Haier.
