1. Chairs were broken
2. AC was not working
3. Tea wad cold
But,
1. Staff was great
2. Bathroom was clean and tidy
3. It is clear that the company takes good care of its guests.
Impressed!

Reducing from 5 star to 2 star . Now you need to walk 500 mtrs to their parking area that's more of dump yard , very very smelly from their lounge/shop in anad vihar to board the bus .they should provide something to transfer people , not all can walk specially elderly people .or let people know so that they will arrange something .

Very nice service . Travelled multiple times . Staff very good and polite . Clean lounge with free tea and cofee . Clean buses . Service is very good . On time departures. Far far better service as compared to any other bus service provider .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent lounge for a bus line. They even have complimentary tea/coffee vending machine. Also the staff is courteous and prompt. Would recommend IntrCity bus to everyone travelling via this mode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time on Intrcity. The service is surely phenomenal. Their service aims to revolutionize the "bus travel" industry. Starting with a comfortable lounge for all the passengers makes the impact. Travelling all these years and sure for more in the coming days, have I hardly seen any such arrangement or services provided to the passengers as the ones provided by Intrcity. My rating surely a 5☆.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lounge is pretty good enough space. Staff is coprative except a few of them. Cleanliness is a bit of concern. Some times buses get too much delayed here.
Bus stand is a bit far away from lounge that you'll need to cover by foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a frequent traveler from intercity bus .Different experience everytime I visit to board my bus , the only issue I face is the hygiene in washroom . Pot is full of guthka spit . otherwise I love their services . Also one more thing earlier they use to park bus near the launge , which was quite comfy for customer but now they park bus like 400 Mtr
Away , nad we have to travel to that place by walking with all the luggage. Which I find is not good . Hope they will look out for solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting area and washroom are clean, air condition is working fine. Infrastructure is very good. When I entered in this place, One representative asked my mobile number, I thought he was trying to check my ticket however he send google map feedback link on sms, and told me to open, when I open he was trying to fill 5 star without saying anything. I told that I will give the rating, when I am trying to click photo at entrance gate, representative start shouting without knowing what I am doing.
I will give 5 for facilities and infrastructure, for representative behaviour I will give 1 so average is 3.
