I don't understand what they guys doing in the office.

Seriously they don't deserve even a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use PAC for an inspection! Worst company ever. You are asked to go and inspect. The inspector came to my house looked at my door and drove off. My house has over $60k in upgrades and it was valued less than the ones sold with NO upgrades at all. Worst customer service and worst in class.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS COMPANY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having very bitter experience about the functiong of IEPF. Their disposal rating is Zero.
My case is pending with them since last 18 months. Co says that when the case is referred to IEPF, we cannot issue the duplicate share. Entitlement letter, copy of FIR all papers have already been submitted with initial login even they are raising meangiless query. Neither investor can guide them or linked Company. They are very noncooperative.
