I have annoying habit of asking many questions before I make up my mind for a decision. Amit tirelessly answered all the questions. He understood our need of area, building, budget and suggested plethora of options fitting the requirements. He is also master negotiator. He diffused situation whenever parties involved, namely us, seller and society had a difference of opinion. Overall highly recommended.

Ethical, helpful, honest and professional are a few of the characteristics of Mr. Amit Raje, who helped us in buying a flat at Mira Road .We wasted some days at Navi Mumbai, looking at match-box flats with highly inflated rates. Finally, in disgust, we looked at Mira Road. A search on the Net and we found names of Estate Agents and we selected a few to contact, one of which was Amit. From the moment GO, the feeling was there that we were dealing with someone who knew what he was doing and what his responsibilities to his clients were. His homework was perfect. He had with him details of various types of flats, both under construction, ready possession and of resale. We never felt misguided, nor short changed at any time. And when we made the decision to invest in one of the flats that he had shown us, he was there with us from start to finish, till we got the keys, and even thereafter. After this, Amit has helped my son and a close friend in buying flats. He single-handedly took onus on a bunch of tenants who were giving us trouble, and helped us getting evicted.
To me, he is one who can be relied upon with his integrity and his professionalism.To us, it is now a personal relationship with Amit which we respect and value and will always do.
