I and 9 of my friends and juniors had been there for GenHax hackathon. It was a nice place with solace and perfect working atmosphere. Although it is not a place of recreation, yet there are objects for play and recreation for the employees there.

There is a lot to say about this organisation but writing everything here inside this small text box is impossible. If you are an aspiring Software Engineer, it's a perfect startup to join where you will get to learn a lot of things. Not only you would work for the tasks you are assigned to but you also get exposure how different departments inside a small organisation works together to achieve a common goal. The leadership team is very proactive in terms of communicating all such critical issues to you directly and let you handle independently by taking ownership. There is very few of such organisations that would give you such an opportunity. Apart from work, they do parties and hang out among themselves to create a great bonding beyond employer-employee relationship. Another area they focus is to contribute to the communities and societies in terms of organizing events, workshops and hackathons. The flagship "GenHax" hackathon created a lot of impact in the student community. Students came and coded their ideas by staying overnight in the office. Mentors and experts from the IT industry joined for their rescue to solve the issues that they faced during the development process. I was among one of the mentors. I am grateful to them for selecting me. They even extended offers to the top coders from the hackathon for internships. Yes you heard that right. They invest a lot to nurture new talents. You can work while you study if you qualify the interview. I would not be surprised if this organisation becomes the largest and sustained IT Services and Product development company in the coming few years looking at the pace of growth. Recently they opened another branch in Singapore, which itself speaks a lot about the efforts that goes in the background by the leadership team. Last, but not the least, it would not be justice if my review goes without a mention for the non profit products they built without any support of Government. Just for the wellbeing of the citizens. They are "Insta Blood", which gives to features to search for blood donors and request instantly and "Traahi" where you can request a Traahi Sevak (any user in the app, who helps you in danger). You should download and explore these apps from the app store. Overall, great company, incredible leaders and talented developers, that is what Invincix is all about. Worth a visit.
