★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project was started with the funds of various bankers in 2015 and promised to hand over the flat in 5 years but he sold the flat to others and bankers are now planning to file case against the builder. It is now going to be litigated. Please refrain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has invested in ashirwad engicon IOB GLAXY project in 2015.in agriment builder commited to hand over the flat in 2021. But he has sold all flat to other. Now he is not answering on this regard. Not responding. This is not reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big fraud. He has cheated more than 600 people from this project. Don't invest your hard earned money in any of his project. I have invested in 2014 but till now he hs not given flat to me. Very rude person and big cheater. Beware of him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You all should know that, M/s Ashirwad Engicon had collected money rs 5 ti 10 lakh form more than 500 bank employees of IOB, Allahabad Bank and PNB for providing flats in IOB Galaxy. Accordingly they had done agreement with all of them in year 2014-16. This cheater firm after making them fool sale all flats to genral public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is a big cheater. We invested in this project 7 years back but still even the project is not approved. On contacting company shamelessly gives some or other reasons of doing nothing. Keep yourself away from his projects u might be cheated in some or other way. Also his projects may not be completed as very soon builder will be facing legal action for cheating us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project specially builder deserve ZERO star.
Booked flat under this project under Banker's quota in 2015. Builder purchased the land from the money collected from Banker's like us. They promised to handover the project earliest by the last of 2020. However, till now they is no progress. Now they are saying some part of project is yet to receive approvals of authorities.
The behaviour of builder has also changed drastically and not committing any firm deadline for handing over the flat as per agreement.
Please enquire properly before going with this builder.
