β β β β β The first thing one gets is a very pleasant and chirpy welcome! It's a breath of fresh air from the typical good morning etc. Then the real experience begins. The services are fantastic especially the spa and massages. I've tried their Sensitive Secrets facial which is super for delicate skin. Do try their recommendations on various masaages, the staff really knows what a customer needs!

β β β β β I have been associated with Iosis Khar for around 5-6 years. All the therapists are very very good. They genuinely take care of you with heart. To name a few:- Rena, Maya, Mukesh & Pradnya are amazing.
But there are a few things which can be managed a bit better by the front desk people. I would appreciate if someone from senior management could call me so that I can share this feedback with details.

β β β β β I highly recommend Iosis Khar if you are looking for manicure pedicure and hair styling services. My family and me have been going here since years and have always got great service and quality work
Azam is great for hair related services , hair cut, hair styling and color. He has a great team of hairstylists as well.
Mukesh is great for Mani - Pedi.

β β β β β The worst experience ever. They ruin my hair completely. I was staying at the hotel and went for a complementary massage and saw a good team at the salon. I requested for a permanent smoothing. My hair naturally was way much smoother than it is now, after their procedures. They knew they messed up but told me to come after 3 days. I showed up as requested but was rescheduled. I told the receptionist about my apprehension and she insisted that it would be fine after the first wash. Totally false. The least would be to atleast meet me and find a solution! I do not recommend them at all specially if youβre foreigner because if they messed up your hair, the wonβt mind as theyβll just ignore you until youβre gone. I paid almost $110 (Rs8000) for this specific thing that is horrible.

β β β β β Got a manicure and pedicure done by Mr Mukesh. He is superb at what he does. He is respectful and fun talking to. Does his job well. My nails havenβt looked better! Would recommend him for a manicure and pedicure any day!!

β β β β β Iosis is a recent discovery for me. And I am so happy my son introduced me to this place. I have taken massages for stress relief and they were very good. Now, I am taking Bolus therapy. My therapist is Pemmichon and she is excellent.
The place is very clean. Ambience is very pleasant. The staff, especially the girls at the reception are very polite and cultured.

Kundan is an extraordinary hair stylist having a lot of passion towards his work.
For a very good hair cut to deal with all qualities of hair.
Kinley was super at his job too. The foot massage was very relaxing.
I recommend both these guys at any time

β β β β β Iosis wellness spa has been my entire family's to go place since the past 5/6 years ! The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable! They finish their tasks completely and do it rather well! I truly recommend going there if u ever need a little relaxation time for yourself because that's what I do! They have the best massage therapists and highly trained hair dressers. Sandhya is an extremely friendly and helpful person and she is so sweet , it's a lot of fun ! They always have peppy music and the salon and slow meditative music at the spa setting the mood completely! Please visit them , you won't regret it!
