β β β β β Harish Kumar could be very good, but the problem is that he doesn't oversee the work of his team very closely, so as a result it's up to the client to find the errors and ask Harish to get them fixed. And if he fixed them as quickly as he promised, I could overlook the errors. But the even bigger problem is that he won't share with you what was causing the problems or how he fixed the errors. If you don't manage your own web site, I guess this might be ok, but it is absolutely not acceptable for him not to tell his customer what was causing the problem in the coding or what he did to fix it. The reason I say this is because if the problem comes up again, or worse, if a NEW problem arises due to whatever he did to the code to fix the original problem, then you (if you are the web site administrator), will be left in the dark to figure out on your own what the cause of the NEW problem is. That's because he told me, in no uncertain terms, that it is his company policy not to share details or answer questions about how he fixed a coding problem on the site. Not only that, but I gave him MY OWN CODE to insert on the site, and afterwards, I asked him WHERE he placed the code, and he refused to tell me! For that reason, I cannot recommend Harish Kumar or his company, Ipistis Technologies.
