★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not informed that the amount I paid is not refundable hence I prove its cheating and fraud I want my money back as I have not attend any lectures or even a demo lecture hence after paying the amount you mention in the receipt without the knowledge of the students paying and it was not even informed prior I claim this as cheating students I need my money back. I will not recommend this institute to any of my friends...it's not trustworthy.

As you mentioned as soon I paid you'll send me the mail and yes I agree it is mentioned that it's not refundable but note this point and don't jumble up what I want to convey.
NOTE:- Ipromise did not mentioned prior to my payment that it's not refundable after I pay and you inform me about the refundable it's like cheating the students who sincerely come to study and pay their hard works.

My grammar is getting better which was not good earlier. Faculty who teaches us is very good and friendly, he is very passionate in teaching. Environment in I promise is very friendly it gives us a confidence to speak. Infrastructure is also very good. Thanks to I promise for helping me and giving me such good facilities ????
