If you want to damage your laptop even more than it currently is please visit them. They are experts in doing so. My laptop was having a power port problem they estimated the repair cost to be around 7000 where as a local dealer offered half the quote but i decided to go ahead with them bcz i thought they were trust worthy.. and Imagine after a few days i get a call saying your track pad is not working too shall we fix it..?? I was SHOCKED because I was very very sure that my track pad was absolutely perfect before i gave my device. They destroyed my track pad due to Mishandling or Lack of expertise WHATEVER THE REASON MAY BE and were shameless enough to ask me the cost for cleaning up the mess they created. I WAS GIVEN A DAMAGED LAPTOP AFTER SERVICE. DAMAGED BY IQOR.

2. Poor customer care & inefficient receptionist.
3. I had replaced my Laptop's Battery & MotherBoard. Three years later, a second service shop tells me that both my motherboard & battery are duplicate items.
