Won't recommend this.. Other places nearby are far better.

Maybe because I didn't know about it before, but the broon maska tasted like old pav that's left out and got dry and crunchy. Major turn off. They described it as 'crunchy bun maska'?
Bun Maska was okay, feeble amount of butter??♂️
I felt Chai was only good for dipping and not for drinking ?
Service was so bad, they made us wait 25 mins for such a small order of 3 items.
Pricey compared to all the above.
Wouldn't visit again✌️
Gave 2 stars only for the ambience and chill surrounding but shouldn't matter if all else isn't good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This increasingly popular eatery is a gem for the generation who have seen the old Irani restaurants of Mumbai and Pune. The decor and the menu are very nostalgic. The place is not scrambled for space. They have both outdoor and indoor seating to suit your preference.
Coming to food - the menu is simple and delicious. Breakfast items play the lead role and are available throughout the day. Just pick up any egg item including omelette, akuri, bhurji, sunny side, ulta pulta or the spicy ghotala items and you won't be disappointed. Mutton Kheema Ghotala - an old gem from the vintage Irani cafes of Mumbai is my favourite at this place. Ardy's flavoured soda (another nostalgic gem) is a perfect companion for these dishes. Their chicken biryani is also not bad - made in a typical Mumbai style spices - it oozes flavours.
Not to forget the 'rab ne bana di jodi' type combination of Bun Maska and special chai/irani chai. If you don't keep it, you're not qualified to be an Irani style cafe! I personally like the legendary bun maska of the Goodluck Cafe a little better than these ones (maybe due to excess maska) but hey, these are not at all a step behind. Gorge on!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIMPLICITY AT ITS BEST. This is no fancy place with flashy ambience, but the coziness it offers with its simplicity & artful baking is unbeatable. Their buns are ultra soft & delicious, their cookies extraordinary, & their cream rolls, the best I have had in ages. Highly recommended to try their cream rolls as their bread layer was super crispy while the cream inside was very light & airy & not overly sweet. Their flavoured sodas were also awesome ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best cafes in the city. Had bun maska, coffee and blueberry cheesecake. The cheesecake felt like whipped cream, but other things were nice. Their buns are very soft and feel like pillows of heaven ?. They have a wide array of other desserts which are a must try!
