★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good option for tea and maska bun.. however don't go with any other hope of Irani cafe. I have visited multiple Irani cafes but this one seems to be still developing. Also there is no other option of breakfast than tea and bun.

Tea is really good to taste as compared to shops nearby.
Apart from the tea you will also get bun maska. Biscuits are good to taste.
Please try the rusk it is really good taste.
Staff working here are also well behaved.
There is good number of people in the evening enjoy tea here.

Instead a normal masala chai with malai addded on top of it is served which is good in taste.
Maska Bun is good in taste but not that soft.
