Overpriced place with no quality. Tea served was sugar syrup.. Idli was smelling.. Sambhar was stale.
Place in general is empty so food served will be stale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely give a try. Served warm & fresh food allmost like home. Great management as the train was above to leave try told we will deliver you can leave & they delivered. I was worried as i payed for the food but great management & service they delivered. Thanks and Kudos to the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's runs by irctc and and a very clean and hygennic restaurant. Sitting arrangement was very good. They have many variety in there menu. But I recommend you to try Chinese items . They were very tasty. Dine and take away available. If you are traveling in train you can order through irctc app they will deliver food to you at your seat. Price was quite high compare to other food plaza. This restaurant is located at platform no. 1. Overall everything was good. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services were too bad. I told them to take used leftover plates from the table and clean the table but they denied and asked us to sit on other table where their was no AC or fan. That was totally unexpected behavior with the customers. Food quality was worst. I had most horrible experience to visit this food plaza. Never recommend you to visit this food plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 10 plates of breakfast and I receive only 8 it was not at all fare for this kind of restaurant the customer service is pathetic I was in a hurry for my train so I don't check that told that that have packed all the food while check the food on train it was only 8 packets it's completely unprofessional ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi friends, I Went to RCTC Food Plaza Jaipur and I am sharing my experience there. The quality of fruit and juice is not good. As far as veg food is concerned, it is the best. Full attention has been paid to cleanliness. Prices are Affordable.
