★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not supportive at all. They just don't act well with their customers and they don't provide good service to them. If u ask them to provide tatkal ticket of any place little faster. They deny you at that moment and say go we don't have tickets. They act very cruelly. I'll not recommend u this place. Go for other places if u like.
But if their is no other option you can go for them and you've to go their before a week otherwise you'll not receive any tickets and help from there.
