this is very foolish type of setting....or setting in your IRCTC.online booking service...change this type of problem....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 22nd September 2018 I have booked two tickets from Jaipur irctc.
The tour is for trivendram,kanya Kanyak, rameshwaram, madurai, Tirupati,chenai .its 6 days tour.
I am giving suggestions to must improve by irctc.
1.the escort you give us must know the tamil,malyali, english .so he can handle the south indian peoples easly.
2.for 20 travelers you should book mini bus
You have given us tempo Traveler that is so pain full in this journey.the divers are very rude
3.only divik hotel and itc hotel are good rest are so much rubish hotel nook has given single bed room and the food and breakfast is so dirty. Hotel in Kanyakumari is also a bad experience.
4.there is no guide to make is know history about padnabham temple, Tirupati temple, rameshwaram temple. In Tirupati your guide just put us in Temple line and brought prashad. In rameshwaram we all paid 1100 rs to pundit for dharshan and holy bath he not make other things about temple.
5.in rameshwaram your escort take us on danush koti beach at 12 noon which is too hot but not enjoyed by us .this place is so beautiful and good for swimming on Beach but I missed that place.
The tour is just like run run run and sleep in hotel for 5 hours.
At last in what's app group you accepted for all problems we faced.but sir this is life memories tour sorry is very small word.
