★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you maintenance fee even thought the society is not fully constructed. The walls have cracks, the lifts don't have mirrors just unfinished wooden panels instead, the ACs don't work, door locks get broken. Worst: I chose to take the stairs the other day, that was not finished either and had paan spit everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend this place for a peaceful living. Apart from basic security there aren’t any other facilities but residents are being charged CAM fees of Rs. 5-6K every month. Advice to everyone is not to believe bloody Brokers and fall prey to their false commitments and words. Society is still under construction and don’t see the completion for another 5-6 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management of electricity, no auto change from DG to normal vice versa. You cannot take a sound sleep anytime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived for 3 months . I wouldn’t want my enemies also to stay here . The maintenance had no carpenter, the electrician does plumber work n damages internal things . They don’t clean the floors everyday . Maid problem . Power backup is only for name sake . . Do not even look at the flats if u want a family u love .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a huge township with approx 2500+ units..in phase one 700 units are there..there are two more phases of completion.
The open spaces are more than any society in Gurgaon. The club house which is not functioning as yet but its one of the biggest in Gurgaon. The security is very good and responsive. I have been staying here since june 2020. The rentals are low in comparison as club is not operational but rest all basic day to day facilities are available. Football field, squash courts, badminton court and basketball court are functional. There are CAM charges which means common area maintenance and do not mix that with the club charges... everywhere club charges are seperate than CAM and there are not club charges there as yet. The roads, lifts, security, every basic facilities covered under CAM are operational and charged. People confuse CAM n club charges..they are different everywhere and as there is no functional club as yet is the reason the rentals for such good flats n society are low in comparison to others.
