★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked the flats here. Beautiful open space and lots of greenery. The size of balconies is good and so is the design. The two drawbacks are 1. Some flats don't get sunlight, 2. The fitting in kitchen are probably not strong. (Could have been better quality)

Managed gardens and club house. Well curated greens and kids play area. There is a very nice pet gym area in the apartment club, football club, cricket net etc.
The facilities management is dolma good job and recently managed to get the work done for piped gas (most societies work on gas bank).

The society is good, however it is only 30% filled as of now , the society is very premium and with very good club and amenities. In near future this will be a very good place to live, you can visit with your dealer for once.

Highly secured society with security guards in each tower, central park, kids area, club and security cameras installed in basements, drive ways, etc. Has got entertainment places for all ages - infant, toddlers, Kids, children, young adults, adults & elderly. Has got a foodball ground, tennis court, cricket practice pitch, skating area, squash, billiards, table tennis, etc. Very pet friendly society with an in-built pet park. Has electric charging points for EV vehicles. Has an e-clinic (Medanta) and 24/7 ambulance service. Has got Axis Bank ATM within the society. Grocery store (Needs Supermarket) is also available in the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very nice complex. Good play area of children. It has good size tennis court. Society people have also made good cricket playing area . Rooms have reasonably good size balcony . Rooms are also quite big. Security is also good and currently following covid protocol. Lots of open area given All is all a very good place to stay .
