★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on owner and lived in the flat for 4 years before relocating to Bengaluru for the last 2 years.
With certainty can say that the quality of life in Ireo Uptown is much better than some of the premium places at double the rent in Bengaluru (minus ofcourse the cleaner air and weather).
I personally like the RWA, quality of neighbours, amenities around, peacocks around the society and the star CLUB.
The restaurant in club is far beyond most restaurants in Gurgaon so ends up being your go-to.

Looking at The maintenance charged, RWA formed two years ago (builder started giving possession 3 years ago) this is one of the best housing project in Sec 66,67. There are teething trouble and they will be sorted soon but that can't be the reason for some people posting negative comments here. Some folks couldn't afford to buy here so ended up writing negative comments.

It's located in an isolated area which is good , and the society is also very nice and seems like a chill place to live , so if you are planning for buying a 2 or 3 bhk apartment , you can prefer this society . All the amenities are here , there is a club also which has a gym and a bar and poolside area for your weekends and organizing parties as well. Overall a nice place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to live in. Fully functional club with an amazing restaurant. Basic amenities of grocery, tailoring, vegetables, iron guy all are available inside the society. Different playing options for the kids like tennis, basketball, swings area etc are there. Our national bird is seen often at all the times. Kid friendly society with different outdoor activities for all the age groups. Even the elders they have nice lounge after their evening walks. Very nice and clean walk way for evening and morning walkers.Walkways are scenic and bright

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Place to Stay One of the top societies in Gurgaon, Irio Uptown offers a wide variety of games for kids to play and a good track for older adults to walk on. All the basic needs of life are available inside the society. There is a good security system. There is no need to go anywhere outside for anything. Everything is available inside the society.
