★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very thankful of Dr. Mehul Patel, Dr. Nilay Shah, Mr. Ajay Parmar, Mr. Krunal Vyas and all other staff members. They are very kind towards the patient and very helpful. After seeing all this I haven’t regret for my decision to select IRIS Hospital for my surgery. Thank you so much all the staff members for taking a good care of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother gone through spinal surgery under orthopedic department. Very humble and genuine doctor with clear advice. We stayed for 5 days of hospitalization. Very good experience of supporting staff and management. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited IRIS for my sister's treatment. I just wanna say that right from security watchman upto the top doctor are just thorough gentlemen. Treating doctor Mr vaishal shah and Mr Ravi are highly intellectual and talented in their respective field. I wish good luck to IRIS for its future endeavor as well as I request IRIS to forever stick to the standards of service and ethics of honesty with which it is working at present....i will recommend people to go for it.. U will be in safe hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is very clean and Provide good service.
Doctor(mannari sir) is very good doctor. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
But I don’t like some hospital services like they don’t provide seating stool or chair for patient family member and
for operation following check up they are charging money why is that ? They should not charge any money for following check up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital all facilities was excellent, good housekeeping ,good hygiene maintain ,all staff was good behaviour ,good communication ,well treate on patients ,but some minor problem hospital
1- reception department
All reception staff good communication , good behaviour
2- patient room was good hygiene maintain and good condition of bed , mettress,pillow and bathroom and toilet also clean and hygiene maintain
3 - canteen facilities very good , morning breakfast and lunch , dinner also dilicious good test
Complain :-
27 Oct in night my room beside one patient in night more then 10 to 15 time bell press but no any sister response and not gone in his patient room when patient relative go to in sister counter in scold then sister gone in patient room
Please ? i request u this not good sing of hospital please this mistake slove ergent
Suggestion
1- when patient file check in reception ,when patient name shout i thik one led board mount in wall when patient name show in board then patient go his checking in doctor room
2 - all hospital staff wear slippery surface slipper and shoe please u suggest this type not wear because in any emergency his not fast run and walk
Please wear no slippery surface shoe
3- hospital was not enough parking facility because u have more than 20 cars and 30 to40 bike parking ,when i come my dressing time our car park in hospital 200 m distance
Please? become new parking facility in hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - My mom was admitted to IRIS hospital on 25th Oct 2020 for Total knee replacement surgery. Before operation we are in great dilemma,at the age of 77 we should go for it or not(as heard from previous patients that TKR surgery was very painful, after surgery too it is very painful etc etc). Dr. Amit Patel assures operation will be done with minimum pain. She was operated successfully, during and after operation,pain management of Dr. Amit patel and his team was amazing as assured she goes through a minimum pain. Even Physio team also take very good care during her exercise. Room was very well manage by housekeeping staff during our stay like we are staying in a good star hotel. Thank you Dr Amit Patel and your team,The Physio,nursing staff and administrative staff for taking good care and bring smile on her face. ?? keep up doing good work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iris Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Anand city. The doctors there are also good. The nursing staff and the cleaning staff are well behaved. Takes good care of the patient. Canteen snacks and meals are also good. Treatment at this hospital is at its best. I am very happy with the hospital service. Thank you very much to the doctors and staff of Iris Hospital for not causing me any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted in IRIS hospital at 21st March 2022 for my nasal surgery. Dr. Nilay Shah was the surgeon. He is an excellent ENT surgeon. Operation theatre was well equipped and they were using hi-tech equipment for surgery. Nursing facilities were great. They were maintaining good hygiene and canteen facilities are also good. I found my visit worthy.☺️????
