Cons:
1. Very low salary
2. Technical Interviewer asks about your ctc and offer which is not acceptable. If candidate salary is greater than him then he rejects.
3. Between interview, interviewer buy coconut water or things from vendor, very unprofessional.
4. Rubbish experience. I will not suggest to anyone to join this dukan.

The Company handles this Campaign so well across the platforms.
Most of the employees here are over-designated. Like, a PM in this company holds the skill set of a TL and a delivery manager of a PM.
There is nothing called Team Spirit in this company. Everyone is only concerned about their own role and how can they take care of this at a minimum effort, even if this approach increases pain for others.
Work, work and only work. No other activities are encouraged apart from work. No Friday Fun, occasional RnR, never even heard of anything like Team Lunch or Dinner across different projects/teams and you will wonder this is a Great Place to Work as claimed by the Organization.
If this is going to be your first company of employment, you must have enough dare, courage and will to pursue continuing a job. Good luck. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have interviewed here and person asked me to answer to the point only. And than he asked series of question without cross questioning or asking for more details and surprisingly at the end gave me feedback on what he was looking for. Whole discussion was objective Q&A, Worst experience.
Until there is no other option, no one should join this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever .Done with all the 3 rounds of interview including client round and shared all the documents but offer was not released.The next day after the client round was done no response from their end regarding the offer letter which they said they will sending the very next day . I kept on trying then May be after 15 to 20 days she texted stating position was closed and asked to go for other opportunities.Playing with the candidates hopes and their times as job is utmost important for every person . If you don’t have many vacancies you shouldn’t have conducted the client round and take my documents and saying tomorrow we will release the offer.Terrible experience

One thing i noticed is - Hiring managers are not sure what kind of profile they are looking for , and they expect dev and test and admin roles should done by one after clearing 3 rounds, i feel this company is not a good choice
