★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started using the. Outlet in early 18. Didn’t care much for the rates as the service was prompt and good.
It seems the management has changed and so has the work ethic and. Entire service
I gave a leather jacket. Which spent a week with them and we I went to pick it ip I was told. They didn’t clean it as they had run out of the cleaning agent for leather ( great Indian excuse ) ( another one is their worker went on leave .,,, How is it my problem. I pay good money. I m not bothered by their HR. Problems ) I eventually had to get the jacket back UNCLEANED and with not even and apology
I went on 18 th jan. with 3 jackets for just dry clean
I requested express service. Which I was ready to pay for But the staff said , no need they would deliver on Monday 21st
As usual the garments weren’t ready
I had to stoop down to their level and threaten social network exposure to get my work done
Ok
Shoddy staff
No sense of customer service
PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR CLOTHES THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever laundry service i have come across. I gave a jacket and a gents blazer to them for drycleaning. They charged me 500 for both but what the worst was that they washed it instead of drycleaning and as the result was that both the jacket and blazer got shrunked to a level that it beame 2 size shorter. Above all they did not take any responsibility for it and the man on the counter started yelling . worst worst experience. Never ever recommend to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst drycleaner ever. Receptionist is such a pathetic person with attitude. He should learn how to respect their customers. They lost my quilt and not even compensating for it. They think that people are fools. They were trying to give somebody's else quilt which means they are doing this with others as well.How a person can take someone's else quilt in the pandemic where health and hygiene matters the most.one of the owner is also such a golibaaz person. Hope who reads gets to know how this shop works

Worst dry cleaners in zirakpur. Gave them 1 Lehnga and 1 designer suit. They distorted the shape of design. And jagah jagah Dhabbe lge huye h suit pe. They spoiled the function of my wife. Very arrogant in nature. Now they are blaming us only. Even I asked them to check their cctv but they are not ready to show me the cctv footage. Beware of this fraud laundry, they will ruin your clothes and will blame you only. Check the attached pics of designer suit after their laundry services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience, don't know how to talk with customers. Direct chalanging that you can go to consumer court. Visit so many times and end of the time our clothes were damaged what type of chemical used, strain's not removed and condition not usable. Very rude behaviour.better not to visit the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such poor service. They harassed us for almost 2 weeks by not giving us our blankets on time. Finally, when they did hand them over, only one of them was dry cleaned. On top of that they keep giving excuses and do not keep record of whose clothes are kept where. Please go to another laundromat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just pack the cloths and return them. We have given them our blankets , coat pants and quilts. All of them were just packed and returned after a long wait of month. We suggest everyone to give their clothes somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well unfairly over priced. People complained about the last owner but I believe he was good at his work, dealing with customers and pricing. They asked to pay Rs.35 for a normal kurta normal ironing and I had to turn down their service. There is no point paying Rs. 350 for 10 clothes just normal wear. The other ones charge Rs. 10 per piece. Poor experience.
