★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience Here ,Sensei Rajendra Singh Adhikari a trained in Martial Art and Kickboxing,His Technique and teaching style is fabulous and excellent. I taught karate for about One hours a day, 6 days a week. I learned self-defense, organization, confidence, and how to lead. Hardest part of the session is continue 25 kicks on kick bag.The most enjoyable part of session is Kickboxing and Martial art.
