One of the best places to trek in monsoon. The level of trek is medium and the place offers amazing views. We can experience winds at the top. There's a village after u complete 50% of the trek but I would suggest to carry ur food with you. Please keep the place clean and carry ur garbage, back with u.

My first ever trek in my life. And believe me it was an amazing experience. Difficulty Level is quite Moderate. Rainy season is the best for going there. If Mumbai-Kars are planning to go there it would be really in so budget if you're traveling by train. It will not take more than 200 - 250 rs. If you're traveling from train. If you're a beginner then also it's a great place to go. You just need to be careful on your own, which applies everywhere.

This fort is simply amazing, stunning views of morbe dam, matheran, prabalgad, karnala fort, sondai fort and many others. I did night trek with wanderingsouls and the sunrise was so beautiful. It has got the famous structure called as "nedhe" Which is carved due to air corrosion at the top. This trek is moderate to difficult level. Local guide is recommended.

Amazing place to visit during Monsoons. Visited Irshalgad in the month of September. Rains were heavy, but the trek was super fun. Climb was moderate halfway till the base village. Just as we reached the village, it started pouring heavily. Had to stop by to wear our rain gears and we again continued. The view was worth it at the end. You can check out the photos I've attached. Now comes the tricky part, DESCENDING. As we started our descent, it again began to pour heavily and this time rains were accompanied by gusty winds which was all the more scary. It was all slippery and somehow carefully we managed to get down. By the end of the day, it was totally worth it. Super fun trek. Lovely views. Must visit :)
