★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, clean,a huge and a secure place(police or army men are 24/7 available in the busstand) to visit.This ISBT has facility of local and national buses to almost all the places.Water facility is available here,also public toilets are available and are in good condition (especially male toilets).Dustbins are available, parking facility is huge and near to busstand. There are lots of shops, it actually looks like a shopping comlex. Place looks green also I mean there are trees and plants which sourrounds the inner area of the ISBT. Atm are available 24/7. There is a underground subway to cross the road, but not much of a clean area. There is also a little cheap market in underground subway. Staff(Bus driver and conductor) is helpful and cooperative. This ISBT is like a center point because near to this there is a famous sector 17 market and sector 22's mobile market and at little further distance there is sector 22's another famous Shastri market. So it's quite a place to visit. It is also near to the Cricket Stadium. There is also a large ground near this place where all the big functions are celebrated like Independence day , any concerts, Dusshera etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get there to get buspass issued but their quality of service was not more then worst they closed the office window at 3 even when 4 people were waiting for their turn. The behaviour of the person who was responsible for issueing bus pass was very rude and annoying with collage students.The environment of ISBT 17 is really good but staff behaviour is really annoying.i tried 2 times on same day.at first attempt he said that he cant issue me a pass because the signature and stamp of my collage was not clear from my photo i pasted on form and on 2nd attempt he sais thats its time to close the office 3 persons were waiting for there turn when he closed the window. There was a mam and two sirs in the office and they were sitting in cloak room.hope so they will improve there level of consumer satisfaction.a person.this all happend on oct 25,2021the photo of cloak room has been attached with watermark of date and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spacious and clean bus stand , and postive aspects is that you will get here to essential things like food , medicines etc. also i have amazing experiance here. and there is a continuous inflow and outflow buses , and i have ever seen police cops always(24/7) there for help.
