★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well made bus terminal, multiple shops have now been opened at the terminal. There has been opened a cinema here, tata cars showroom, food courts and many other business places. The only issue is that the terminal is not very clean and the lifts do not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best medium of transport here. Their buses are budget-friendly and on time. Nice bus stand. You'll get buses to almost all cities from here. This is a 3 story building. Volvo buses will be parked on the ground floor. You'll get buses to Delhi, Chandigarh and other cities as well. Ordinary buses and city transport buses are also available from here. There are lots of buses from the new bus stand (it) to the old bus stand also. A really good Inter-state bus terminal in the crowded city with various additional facilities. Ample paid parking for private vehicles adjacent to the terminal. Luxury buses (Himsuta) along with other regular, deluxe, and semi-deluxe bus services. Various options for fast food and main course in the terminal. Multiplex, Restaurant, Hotel - all in the same building. Round-the-clock bus services so it's a live place 24×7. Restrooms are available. Good connectivity with the old bus stand of Shimla. Pre-paid Taxi service available. Beware of a taxi driver, I have the Worst Experience with taxi service here. they charged a lot from tourists and foreigners. I visited Shimla in 2018 they charged me 250 for mall road, but I waited for the bus and what a surprise ! the bus conductor only charge 21 rupees for the mall road nearby stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busstand is good for taking the bus for all routes where we want to go. this place needs little bit of cleaning and maintenance as the people who come here spread garbage.
I can recommend everyone who wants to go in the destination from Govt. Public transport Bus or Private public transport Buses.
One more thing I can suggest that you can prefer good and clean Private bus because they usually takes less fair as the govt. Bus takes.
