★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iScan Imaging Center offers Commendable service in terms of Doctor' s personal attention , care and briefing after investigation.Machines and Lab. are handled by expert technicians. Very hygienic and clean premises. Received cordial welcome at Reception Counter. This is my personal experience with the Center for the last two years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will award -5 stars out of 5 to I-Scan. They don't follow any que system, so visitors coming late will be taken first and those who arrive early, will be made to wait without any empathy to the accompanying patient. Their staff continues to harass the patient by making him wait whole day for a simple scan without advising any valid reason. You will have to visit again next day to get the report. My sincere advice : please go to any other place for your scan instead of I-Scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncoordinated staff , huge waiting time , no appointment system present . I have been there twice . It takes 20 min for a ct scan but u will have to wait for 2 hrs minimum .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of days ago, I took my aunt who is a senior citizen to iScan. The staff was very courteous and helpful , the place was clean and sanitized , the reports were delivered promptly. Overall a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited iScan on two occasions. The first time I went for a simple X-Ray, and the experience was so good (report delivered promptly, staff very kind and efficient), that I decided that the next time I would need any scan I would go there.
The second time I had to go for an MRI brain scan. The staff informed me patiently and in detail what I would have to do, and made me comfortable. Dr. Anand Gupta explained my report to me, in simple terms, while being very kind.
iScan has become my go-to place for any medical and radiology needs I have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at IScan .The staff was very empathetic. They not only attended to us immediately, they even helped my young son who had fractured his leg manoeuvre himself into the clinic from the car. Even Dr.Devang and Dr. Gupta were very prompt and helped us understand the implications of the scans.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited iScan in the midst of the second wave.
Having tested positive for Covid, I needed a CT scan as I was breathless.
To my utmost surprise I was given an appointment on an urgent basis and on reaching iScan, I was treated with great empathy! While maintaining the protocol,the staff and the technicians were extremely gentle, kind and efficient.
Not for a second did anyone at iScan made me feel uncomfortable!
My report was send to the consulting doctor and notes were exchanged about my report, promptly.
May God bless Dr. Anand Gupta and his entire team...hats off to you all.
I bow down to all of you for holding the fort and working tirelessly...you all are so brave!
