★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team works well. But as you are guiding thousands of people they should get updated with the new programs available and all the information regarding that. I applied for genetic counseling program where the application process is entirely different. Unfortunately they couldn't help me as much as I needed. Infact I researched about the process and had to tell my counselor to confirm with it. It's just a suggestion and I hope you take this into count and improve in this aspect. We are students, this application process is tedious. We hire a consultant thinking will have a support in all ways possible. As a consultancy service you have to give all the information to the student required for admission process like WES documents and all. I have paid for premium package and you apply for 10 universities. But what if I want to apply for more because of the competition to the program? And you say I can't get your services if I'm not selected to the universities that I have applied through you. That's completely unfair. These are my genuine experiences .
