★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks pretty, but don't go for rent purpose. Some owners will loot you for money. Once you enter the society, owners will force you to pay all maintenance and they will not return deposit amount while you vacate the flat. My owner has 5 flats in same society and being a millionaire he has not returned us 2 months deposit amount, though it was clearly mentioned in rent agreement to repay full amount. Even Police, society people no one helped us, because owner is familiar in city. He has become rich by looting and begging from salaried employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society, in gujrati language there is one quote ' door thi dungar raliyamana' means if you can see from far it looks nice but when you go near you will notice how worst is this. Worst construction, worst rules by society, not properly maintain. So many things but can't explain. Be properly information before entering in this society. Guests are stopped from using club house facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience with property managers...they are not paying attention to cleanliness of society..even in this covid times...when one has to maintain hygiene.. manager are extremely rude to talk even with senior citizens...pls be very careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A warm housing society which has swimming pool, lounge, play area, garden and good security. Just that, it's quite on city outskirts. Overall the place is worth stay. The ambience is peaceful and cozy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here as tenant for 3 years with peace and good people. But at the time of my shifting secretory Mr.Sanjay Mehta was so rude to ask for 1500 shifting charge. I hired tempo labours at my own no heavy luggage except cloths and kitchen utensils and secretory was asking for 1500 shifting charge for tempo entry and luggage shifting also without explain. He has no manner to talk to Female at all, Second thing he was just rude, harsh to ask for money and stopped my tempo like m thief and stealing things from society. He has 0 manners how to treat residential and we choose good society to avoid such lower class behaviour from people but this secretory dont have such manners and he should not be in management to manage all this if he can't brief about cost before asking anybody. I would never recommend to stay here as tenant. I still feel to do police complaint for such bully money collection. Highly DISAPPOINTED and Loot management even after 3k monthly maintenance.
