★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хорошие виды, удобное расположение для бизнес-командировки, приятная цена, душевный и заботливый хостес, неплохая уборка (чисто для Индии). Удобно ещё и потому, что есть своя комната и свой сан.узел (с гигиеническим и обычным душем), а также общая гостиная и гигантский балкон-патио. Особо с другими гостями не пересекались, хотя работали и завтракали и ужинали в гостиной или на балконе общем. В номере тоже есть свой балкон с видом, но маленький.
Из минусов: пятна на полотенцах, недоделки в ремонте, отсутствие горячей воды по вечерам, тараканище выпал из кондиционера во второй день. Но в остальном в квартире особо нет насекомых и чисто (ходили босиком как индусы). Также минусом является отсутствие адекватной посуды для приготовления пищи (например есть сковородка, но старая, без крышки и без ручки, но с держалкой вместо ручки, есть ковш, есть кастрюля, но все такое отжившее). Это не помешало мне готовить простую еду.
ВАЖНО и об этом нигде не было информации, но полезно быть в курсе: в номерах есть фен (маленький, но сойдёт), в квартире есть отличный утюг, электрические чайники, термосы в каждой комнате. Белье меняют раз в три дня. Никакие завтраки не включены. На кухне есть холодильник, похоже мы единственный, кому он пригодился, чистый, большой и хороший.
Нигде не указано, но это башня В, апартаменты 501 (эта информация пригодится вам при заезде, т.к. охрана не знает название, не пускает или не против пустить, но не знает куда - показывайте им подтвержденую бронь с букинга и называйте башню и номер).
P.s.: Изначально, почитав прочие отзывы, я очень боялась, но сейчас могу сказать, что это хороший вариант по доступной цене и если вы не ищите лакшери жилье, то эти апартаменты вам подойдут.

It is also convenient because it has its own room and its own bathroom (with a hygienic and regular shower), as well as a common living room and a giant patio balcony. Especially with other guests did not intersect, although they worked and had breakfast and dinner in the living room or on the common balcony. The room also has its own balcony with a view, but small.
Cons: stains on towels, imperfections in repair, lack of hot water in the evenings, a cockroach fell out of the air conditioner on the second day. But the rest of the apartment is especially free of insects and clean (we walked barefoot like Indians). Also, the disadvantage is the lack of adequate utensils for cooking (for example, there is a frying pan, but old, without a lid and without a handle, but with a holder instead of a handle, there is a ladle, there is a saucepan, but everything is outdated). It didn’t stop me from preparing simple meals.
IMPORTANT and there was no information about this anywhere, but it is useful to be aware: the rooms have a hairdryer (small, but it will do), the apartment has an excellent iron, electric kettles, thermoses in every room. Linen is changed every three days. No breakfasts are included. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen, it seems we are the only one to whom it is useful, clean, large and good.
It is not indicated anywhere, but this is tower B, apartment 501 (this information will be useful to you upon arrival, because the security does not know the name, does not let it in or does not mind, but does not know where - show them the confirmed booking from the booking and name the tower and number).
P.s .: Initially, after reading other reviews, I was very afraid, but now I can say that this is a good option at an affordable price and if you are not looking for luxury accommodation, then this apartment will suit you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why does this low grade room set up come up in search with 4* and 5* properties? This is no star, dorm/low budget guest house feel. I paid and run away from there after 3hours!! Why is it called „Isec apartments” rather than „Isec rooms” or „Isec PG”?! arriving I called the keeper (took a while, he wasnt picking up) and informed I’m reaching in 20mis and will call him once again when Im st the gate. Once I reached, he again took time to answer calls and refused to come down asking if im sure I have a booking. Me being a blonde a European looking lost, builfing gate security took interest and was helpful, checked my booking mail and my id and told me to walk to tower B. Once I reached the poorly maintained, low quality apartment I was shown my tiny room. I asked if theres another option as it was smelly (smelling of an old man to be precise as if he had been occupying it). I was told they are fully booked. But there was no trace of the same inntheir guest book where I had to fill out my detsils. I later checked online if the place has availability and indeed it did have other rooms for the same night so clearly the keeper lied to me. Apart from him (aged man) there was a young guy for cleaning etc. So I was alone with two men hanging around. Keeper was sitting in the living room on the sofa which was intimidating. Could not use common areas. Back to the room - smelly, missing light bulbs, pigeon excrements on the dirty small balcony, poor kitchen, cracked walls. I stepped out to see building facilities, massive construction going on at tower A facing the garden so its noisy and dusty. Peeked outside the parking lot only to see a CEMENTARY and a DIRTY trash filled smelly river. Substandard experience, bad vibe. I came back to the apartment and had to stsnd for 10mins at the door as no one was answering. Finally after calling the keepers mobile he woke up and dragged himself to open the door and let me in….
