Not good not bad , found good culture , might be i am biased i havnt selected there ?, overall i can say a good culture , talking about benefits who went for interview they get reimbursed quickly, suggestion i would like to give only go for interview if your current equipment and processes is matching with isgec , or you can take try . In reference to the interview conducted on dated 31-07-2021 for Safety Department. I would like to provide a feedback : For Covid-19 Guideline: 1. No inquiry was carried out when I entered the staff bus after seeing new face even. 2. There was no temperature monitoring and no sanitizing facilities while boarding on bus. 3. No inquiry was done by security personnel after reaching plant (Inside Plant premises) and after I entered the plant premises the security personnel didnt make the gate pass till 08:30AM. Which not informed before. Lapses in Safety Measures: 1.While gatepass process there was no safety induction or instruction manual provided and apart from that the crane siren was constantly in operation which sounded just like emergency siren which can mislead any new person entering premises. 2.After all that process, rapid test was carried out by your team at 10:00AM when I already sat in staff bus, conference room and admin building so there is a high risk if getting positive. Hospitality and Adminstration: 1. No waiting lobby was provided, I had to seat at a tea stall outside your premises as instructed by your security person. 2. No refreshments or beverages were provided for the whole day. 3. No travelling facility was provided after interview. The interview process completed at around 1600 hrs. but the interviewing committee did not provide any information about the status. When I called the concern person, then I was informed that the committee will let you know about the status of your interview. No vehicle was provided till 1715 hrs. when I was constantly asking for the vehicles nearby. Lack of humanity. Kudos to that. Management Commitment: 1. As per the mail, the interview was scheduled for 10:00AM the interview started at 1530 hrs. 2. I observed 3-4 senior person smoking in NO SMOKING area. 3. Moreover, Management person (COO) was chewing tobacco while interviewing me, wherein I saw one instrution board near admin building regarding "No Smoking" "No Tobbaco". It shows Commitment towards management about descipline and adhere the rules. 4. Not only that, COO had no any clear idea about which question related to the safety aspects and safety professional. He was asking nuisance questions. Moreover, he didn't knew about my education background as well. I would like to inform you that for the sake of 05 mins of silly question filled interview, I had to visit your plant premises and face such humiliation. What kind of organization does that ? I would like to suggest that you look into your organization's management and behavior of the senior employees regarding the outsiders. I had to write this mail as there was no feedback system implemented. Thanks, Corrective action will be appericated. It's good for your future also.
