★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont want to give any star but there isnt any option. Its the worst worst hospital ever ! The most horrible experience of my life. if you have seen Gabbar movie.. exactly its the same. Govt authorities should take strict action against them. THEY ARE MODERN DAY MAFIAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never admit any patient here. Too expensive plus the staff thinks they own the place. The security guard wont let you meet the patient even if you are a blood relative. Absolutely ridiculous. Also for a place this expensive the lifts are slow and theres just 2 lifts which is used by patients as well as other people. Theres no special lift for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic pediatrician lady Dr and staff. Not interested in lookings and listening to patients problem. Very rude and not soft spoken.
Avoid taking your baby. Didn't even swaddle baby or allowed to re swaddle baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic level of service, for an appointment of 10 AM, it is absolutely normal for you to spend 2 hours, just to see the doctor....and no matter, how many complained you raise, nobody will pay any attention, inside the waiting room, the atmosphere is always of fish market....nurses make a horde and keep chatting at their station instead of managing crowd. I feel like stuck with them,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is well equipped with ultra modern facilities and very good doctors however the sad part is that it is very expensive and everything is more than 2-3 times expensive compare to normal rates. Even if you have nothing still doctor would recommend you many tests as they did in case of treatment of my father. Consultation fees is very high and so are the rates of all tests and other facilities. For 2-3 minutes consultation they are charging Rs 800 which makes no sense. Even after paying such heavy fees you expect that doctor will give you some time and understand the problem. However in our case doctor advised 8-10 tests in the first minute itself. Looks like this hospital is opened to make good money. Sad to see so many good doctors are mainly involved in minting money rather than serving common people. Not recommended for common people like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulting Dr Shilpi Shukla for my second child. Being complications at 3 months we shifted to Dr Shilpi. Very experienced and calm and very patient. Explains very nicely by taking patient in confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital of my life, they dont have good parking facility, my bike's mirror was broken and no one is there to take care. They give appointment of 10 AM but no doctor is present, no proper management, everything is haphazard, parking (Tall person) has no manners and is rude to people and senior citizens as well, for any test they are charging 3500/- whereas outside its been charged at 500/-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hospital Securities 's behavior is very bad and shameful. We know that according to the rules of the hospital, only 2 people with a patient are allowed. But when those two person are going to have tea, breakfast and Lunch/Dinner, they do not give any permission to go to the hospital except them. Despite repeated requests by patient ‘s relatives , the watchman treats the relatives of patient as if they were a thief.So the patient and the people living with him/her have to face many difficulties and feel bad.Even if relatives are also not allowed in Visiting hour for seeing patient. We are very disappointed for this type of experience done by securities of Isha Hospital even after spending lots of charges and fees to Hospital.
So you are requested to please communicate and explain to your securities staff that they communicate and behave good with patient’ relatives and at least allowed person in case of emergency and also in visiting Hours at Hospital.
We hope you take the necessary action against this.
